Please ensure items are cleaned before returning. Returns and warranty are only valid for customers who have purchased from the Rocks Off website.
I purchased from another store.
If you have purchased our products from another store, please contact the retailer for a replacement or refund directly. Warranty claims can only be made if items are also purchased from our website directly.
My toy is faulty, what to do?
All our products come with a 2 year warranty. This applies to items purchased directly from the Rocks Off website only.

Can I make an exchange?
We don't accept exchanges.
How long does a refund take??
Depending on your bank, it can take 5 - 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
My toy isn't suitable, can I return?
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty, or the seal is unbroken.
How do I make a return?
All returns are free and must be submitted within 30 days of your ordered being delivered.
All items must be returned with its original packaging and the seal unbroken, otherwise this will invalidate any returns due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
