All our products come with a 2 year warranty. This applies to items purchased directly from the Rocks Off website only. Please contact us through our chat helpdesk, or email customercare@rocks-off.com for assistance. Please ensure items are cleaned before returning.

Please following these instructions:

1. For battery powered toys, remove the isolator located between battery and connectors. Ensure the cap is secured back on correctly after removing the isolator.
2. All products have a travel-safe feature. Power buttons must be held down for 3-4 seconds to turn on. We don't want no vibrating luggage do we!

All orders over £25 are delivered next day by Royal Mail for free.

Tracked 48: 2-3 business days £3.29.

Tracked 24: 1-2 business days £3.99.

Tracked 24 orders must be placed by 12pm for next day delivery. All parcels are dispatched Monday - Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on Monday.

UPS will attempt to deliver your parcel twice.
